Hiring: Warehouse Inventory Specialist (Temporary Project)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Union City / Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Area)

Pay: $20–$25 per hour

Duration: Temporary Project (Project dates to be confirmed)



About the Opportunity

ALLSERV is looking for experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialists to join a short-term inventory count project at our client's aerospace facility in the Union City / Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport area of Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a great opportunity for warehouse professionals with hands-on inventory counting experience who are available to start immediately. Candidates must be willing to travel to the project site.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate physical inventory counts following ALLSERV procedures.
  • Record inventory and material data using computerized inventory systems and mobile applications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
  • Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Participate in meetings with the client and ALLSERV management to review inventory findings.
  • Ensure accuracy while working in a client-facing warehouse environment.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in inventory control and materials management.
  • Proven experience performing physical inventory counts.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory best practices.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable using mobile applications for inventory data collection.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the client site.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
