Job description

Warehouse ManagerPending contract award.

Description:

Direct warehouse activities for the organization by performing on site services in support of the Air Force Air Logistics Complex's (ALC) supply chain management efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics support activities provided to ALC. What you will be responsible for: Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

Ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing material/orders to the customer or return of material to the OEMs for repair. Complete all day-to-day operational requirements as assigned by the Program Manager or Operations Manager. Develop and manage staffing requirements, implementation plans, and training schedules. Coordinate with local USG representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material for requirements. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What you will need to be successful in this role: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of ten years related experience as a supervisor. At least seven years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and leading a diverse staff. Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (if necessary).
