What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse / Inventory Clerk, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and efficient parts operations throughout the dealership.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse and bin locations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  • Pull and stage parts for technicians, service advisors, and customers
  • Process returns, cores, and damaged parts properly
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization standards

Team Support & Operations

  • Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support daily operations
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies or shortages to management promptly
  • Assist with additional warehouse and dealership tasks as needed
  • Follow dealership safety procedures and operational standards

Customer & Internal Service

  • Support internal teams with timely and accurate parts fulfillment
  • Help create an efficient workflow that supports exceptional customer service
  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
