Inventory Control Supervisor
Standard Fiber, a leading home textiles and manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure precise inventory management across raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role is critical to operational excellence and will directly influence purchasing and replenishment decisions.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and provide leadership to inventory associates.
  • Direct and coordinate inventory control projects.
  • Review and analyze inventory reports, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain synchronization between NetSuite and WMS systems.
  • Develop and manage a robust cycle count program, ensuring stock accuracy.
  • Train team members on scanning functions and procedures impacting inventory control.
  • Prepare and execute annual physical inventory, aiming for cycle count replacement.
  • Perform and document inventory adjustments, collaborating with accounting as needed.
  • Analyze inventory movements and velocity to support planning and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory control.
