Job description

The Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator will manage multiple priorities and be responsible for the inventory receiving needs for Bexel. This includes accurately tracking and documenting stock inventory; data manipulation and reporting; transferring equipment in/out of the department. This person oversees manufacturer loaned equipment and any other third party owned inventory. The role oversees all aspects of stock and consignment equipment including buying equipment, materials, parts, and supplies. The purpose of this position is to maintain a streamline inventory control system that supports our clients, company, and on-site needs.
This is a Full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday 9am 6pm onsite at our Grapevine, TX location. There will be some overtime as needed. This position would be ideal for a person with 2-3 years experience working with Inventory Control in a warehouse environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Track inbound equipment from vendor.
  • Receive inbound equipment in Sage and R2.
  • Barcode equipment and enter serial number into R2.
  • Label inbound equipment for work order.
  • Organize equipment for work order.
  • Create manifest for work order.
  • Manage orders in R2 for assigned work orders.
  • Sources item pricing and availability for quotes/bids.
  • Prepare purchase orders to confirm shipments with suppliers, follow-up on tracking, and status of back orders.
Position Requirements
  • Must have a general understanding of inventory concepts and purchasing standards.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word).
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Able to operate company vehicles i.e., van and 16 - 24' box truck.
  • Knowledge of R2 software.
  • Knowledge of Sage 500 system.
  • Broadcast equipment knowledge is a plus.
  • Warehouse experience
  • General Forklift Operation/Knowledge is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
