Warehouse/Inventory Control Lead

Tote Systems, the originator of material handling containment systems, has offered high quality bulk handling supplies since 1946. Located in an industrial park in Ft. Worth, Texas. Tote Systems offers filling, packaging, blending, processing, shipping, storage and dispensing equipment for packaging dry powder and liquid-based ingredients, as well as field technical assistance.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving,

handling, storing and packing activities to ensure quality standards are met.

Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available

to meet demand while avoiding overstocking. This includes performing regular cycle counts and

reconciling discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory. Implement inventory management techniques to maintain accurate records.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement warehouse/inventory polices and procedures to optimize

space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control Management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.

Proficiency in warehouse management.

General software applications (Quickbooks a plus).

Forklift certification a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Work Environment

Warehouse/Inventory Control managers usually work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, often requiring physical activity and the ability to multi-task. The role may include physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock, as well as administrative duties related to record keeping and reporting.
