HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR IN NAZARETH, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania.This individual will be responsible for assisting in overseeing all Service Centers nationwide and assisting in providing reports needed for each service center. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of computer literacy, excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $26.44/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule
  • Located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the success of Calendar Holiday Command Center.
  • Track weeks on hand vs cases shipped.
  • Track capacity for service centers.
  • Track Banana mass balance report for all SC with banana ripening.
  • Track recoup nationwide.
  • Correct TO discrepancies report by the customer.
  • Publish Code date report weekly.
  • Publish articles with high weeks on hand.
  • Support IC Regional’s and IC GM.
  • Support GM with new projects.
  • Ensure SC’s maintain inventory accuracy to 99.98%.
  • Ensure yearly Desktop audit results are 100% accuracy Nationwide
  • Guide SC to prepare for Physical Inventories.
  • Train SC’s to have a successful PI.
  • Ensure SC’s are reporting JIT nightly.
  • Traveling is a must for this position.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High level of computer and GOLD STOCK system literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise inventory-based programs as directed by the Inventory Control GM.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
  • Some college level management education and/or 2 years warehouse Management experience in wholesale industry.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a distribution center environment with a variation of temperatures.
  • Ability to safely work around/with heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a high paced environment.
