Job Description

Support regional inventory planning and optimization activities to ensure inventory levels align with business objectives, customer needs, and supply continuity requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to drive inventory performance, support governance processes, identify optimization opportunities, and improve planning capabilities through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties
  • Support regional inventory planning activities and manage inventory performance to align with business objectives, customer requirements, and supply continuity needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels against forecast, service, and governance targets, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reporting, forecasts, performance metrics, and analyses to support data-driven decision making.
  • Execute inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory health, working capital efficiency, and customer service levels.
  • Manage inventory planning parameters, including replenishment settings, safety stock levels, and inventory policies to support optimal inventory performance.
  • Support inventory reserve management, inventory loss tracking, and excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory reviews, including disposition and write-off activities.
  • Coordinate inventory build-up, buy-ahead, and other strategic inventory activities through governance, reporting, and execution tracking.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and global stakeholders to align inventory strategies, business objectives, and planning processes.
  • Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies to support business performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, reporting capabilities, systems utilization, and operational efficiencies while serving as a subject matter expert for inventory planning tools and processes.
Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning or relevant experience.
  • Experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, materials management, or related supply chain functions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, planning tools, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position in this location is $87,185.00 - $117,700.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
