We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our warehouse team and help keep our field operations running efficiently.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro area. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians and construction crews by ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for daily deliveries and job site requests.
  • Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to construction sites and service technicians.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
  • Inspect company vehicles and trailers before and after use.
  • Secure loads properly for safe transportation.
  • Assist with stocking materials and organizing warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Forklift operating experience or certification.
  • Experience towing and backing trailers.
  • Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers.
