We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator to maintain a high level of organization for the company's warehouse.Job Summary: We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatching of a wide range of products. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to optimize processes to achieve operational excellence. In this role, the Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator will be expected to learn the products sold, installed and serviced by the company.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring they are properly placed in the warehouse. Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement controls to prevent loss and damage. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers and logistics providers. Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to support business operations. Work within Customer Relationships Management software for the job and material details that need to be pull for scheduled jobs. Keep the aisles between products in the warehouse clear and swept. Ensure all employees are utilizing the proper safety equipment while in the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, or assembling products. Violations should be reported to the Operations Manager. Use hand and power tools Perform daily safety checks on all equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts, trailers, etc.). Keep parking areas and around dumpsters clear.Assist crews with loading products before they leave for their jobs as well as when they return at the end of the day. Occasionally assist crews on job sites as required. Other duties as requested by the Operations Manager.Customer Relations:Pull parts for customers as requested by the front office staff. Provide exceptional customer service to clients Deliver materials to job sites and/or to customers as neededEducation/Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
