We are currently looking for a Sr. Materials Management Associate who supports the processes associated with inventory movement and material support to other PCI departments. This position has a strong understanding of the receipt, shipment or movement of Non-GMP material, Raw Materials, Samples, CSM's and Final Product. Employees will be expected to follow PCI SOP's for raw material movement, raw material inventory, material transfer, CSM inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The basic duties and responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned.

  • Participate in GMP processes in materials management.

  • Maintain knowledge of required SOPs and execute training curriculum.

  • Responsible for discrepancy or deviation investigations.

  • Writes and executes SOP creation and revisions.

  • Support leadership in various materials management functions such as receiving, inventory control, shipping and internal logistics.

  • Works closely with cross-functional departments as necessary to resolve issues.

  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company.

  • Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis.

  • Embodies PCI Pharma Service's cultural values. Aligns daily actions with department and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelors in Science Preferred

  • Four to Six (4-6) years of material management experience.

  • Experience in a cGMP environment strongly preferred.

  • Ability to follow directions in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

  • Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines or as a team member.

  • Strong knowledge with quality standards, supplier management policies and cGMP standards.

  • Extensive experience with ERP systems and planning tools preferred.

  • Proven track record of problem solving and cross functional teamwork

  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills .

*The hiring rate for this position is $29.65 - $31.35 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
