We’re looking for a detail-driven Inventory Control Specialist to help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving smoothly to our stores.

This role works closely with warehouse staff, store teams, and vendors to resolve inventory issues, process returns, and recover vendor credits. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and making sure things get done right, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Return to Vendor (RTV) Management

  • Prepare and ship returntovendor merchandise.
  • Follow vendor return procedures.
  • Track RTV shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up to ensure vendor credits are received.
  • Damages Processing
  • Identify and document damaged merchandise.
  • Submit vendor claims with proper documentation.
  • Track open claims and follow up until credits are received.
  • Maintain accurate damage records.
  • Mismates Oversight
  • Track and organize mismatched inventory.
  • Attempt to match incomplete pairs when possible.
  • Maintain accurate mismate records.
  • Prepare eligible items for return or transfer.
  • Inventory Support
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory record corrections.
  • Support store and warehouse teams during biannual inventories.
  • Help maintain an organized inventory environment.
