Job Summary: Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor.

A02-Intermediate: Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proficient in the Picking and Packing functions of Fulfillment I Associate
  • Works in one of the designated roles: Shipping Associate, Receiving Associate, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Inventory Control Associate
  • Performs consistently in at least two of the following roles: picking (freight), freight prep (banding, shrink wrap, weighing), material handling (materials put-away), and crate building
  • Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
  • Maintains safety rules throughout shift
  • Safely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
  • Understands production workflow processes
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience
  • Work experience in at least two areas in the warehouse
  • Forklift license/Forklift operation experience
