The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate inventory management by receiving, tracking, counting, organizing, and reconciling product within Bomb Party’s warehouse or fulfillment environment. This role helps ensure inventory records are accurate, product movement is properly documented, and stock is available to support daily operational and fulfillment needs.


The Inventory Control Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient workflow across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and replenishment processes. This position partners closely with warehouse, shipping, purchasing, and operations teams to identify inventory variances, conduct cycle counts, resolve product issues, and uphold company standards for accuracy, organization, and accountability.


A successful Inventory Control Clerk is detail-oriented, dependable, process-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.

What You Do 


    • Perform cycle counts, support physical inventory audits, and investigate discrepancies such as shortages or misplaced items.
    • Monitor stock levels and report low, obsolete, or excess inventory to maintain accurate inventory control.
    • Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy, and record inventory transactions using the data counting system.
    • Organize, label, and track inventory within warehouse locations while preparing materials for mixing and production operations.
    • Follow warehouse safety procedures, maintain proper documentation, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
       


    What You Bring

    • The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (e.g., 30-50 lbs or more), and move with agility is crucial. 
    • Strong physical coordination is necessary for safely and effectively handling equipment and products.

    Schedule


    • Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday
