This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Full-Time | Sun 2:30pm-finish; Monday - Thursday 5pm-finish,

Pay Details: Pay starting at$21.50 with potential for up to $27.05 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.

  • Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.

  • Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.

  • Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.

  • Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
