General Responsibilities

The Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labeling, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and helping maintain warehouse equipment and organization. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring materials move safely and accurately throughout the facility.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Verify product counts and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse inventory.
  • Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
  • Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.
  • Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment, performing minor maintenance and cleaning as needed.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience
  • Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping
