ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate supporting a premier technology operations environment in Sparks, NV. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on operational settings, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and take pride in maintaining accurate records while supporting critical inventory and shipping activities.
The Warehouse Associate will play an important role in ensuring inventory movements and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This position supports production and operational teams by coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and upholding high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Schedule:
  • Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
    • 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM shifts
    • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM shifts
    • Potential transition to four 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all billing associated with inventory and supply chain activities is accurate, validated, and ready for processing
  • Assemble, address, stamp, and coordinate shipments of merchandise and materials
  • Assist with daily scheduling of deliveries and pickups to and from production locations
  • Maintain precise records of all materials and commodities entering and leaving the facility
  • Monitor inventory movements and support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Adhere to strict safety standards and operational procedures
  • Understand production workflows and support day-to-day logistics activities
  • Operate powered equipment, such as forklifts or cherry pickers, when required and appropriately trained
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational priorities and customer commitments
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting changing business needs and schedules
Basic Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, production support, inventory, or related environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to follow established processes and safety procedures
  • Basic computer proficiency and recordkeeping skills
