Warehouse Inventory Associate (Seasonal)


Location: Arden, NC 

Full-Time, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday Seasonal Position w/ potential overtime


Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Bonus Potential of up to $500

Requirements

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you'll help maintain accurate inventory while supporting the daily flow of products throughout our warehouse. You may also rotate between Fulfillment as well as other departments as needed to help our warehouse operate efficiently.

Your day may include:

  • Receiving incoming shipments and verifying quantities against packing lists 
  • Performing quality inspections on incoming products and reporting any discrepancies 
  • Using tablets and barcode scanners to receive, track, and manage inventory 
  • Performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records 
  • Organizing products in designated warehouse locations      
  • Replenishing inventory to picking locations while following FIFO inventory practices 
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and helping resolve inventory issues 
  • Labeling products and updating inventory information 
  • Moving pallets and materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks 
  • Assisting other warehouse departments as needed 
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Basic computer and tablet skills 
  • Ability to use handheld barcode scanners 
  • Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance 

Preferred

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or distribution experience 
  • Experience with inventory or warehouse management software 
  • Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse  technology 
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment
