Join our team as a Warehouse Clerk and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly! Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify all incoming shipments by matching counts to packing slips; enter packing slips into the system and follow procedures for shortages or damage.
  • Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours, ensuring parts are placed in correct bin locations and properly barcoded.
  • Assign locations and update the system for all new parts; label and organize accordingly.
  • Check in and process inter-branch shipments, generate picking lists, and stage parts for delivery.
  • Pull customer orders and prepare them for will call, shipment, or delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow all safety policies.
  • Manage will-call bins by keeping parts and paperwork properly organized.
  • Process junk cores by tagging, storing, and returning them to vendors weekly.
  • Dispatch drivers and provide accurate driving directions as needed.
  • Process customer returns and ensure parts are in resale condition.
  • File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours.
  • Serve as backup Parts Driver when needed.
  • Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more as required by position
  • Three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
  • Must complete company-provided forklift training and obtain certification within 90 days. All forklift operators must be at least 18 years old, as required by law.
