Job description

All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for a Warehouse Picker/Packer! The base pay range for this position is $18 - $19 /hr and is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Time position is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Picker/Packer position is responsible for locating, collecting, packaging, and preparing for shipment our vast assortment of metal threaded components. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Packaging products according to a shipping manifest.
  • Organizing products, stocking in correct locations.
  • Correctly assembling orders.
  • Loading and unloading of freight shipments.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

The most important thing to us is dependability and a good attitude! If you are over 18, can lift over 50 pounds, and are willing to spend most of the day on your feet, we are ready to invest training in your professional development. Helpful, some of the qualities we are looking for include:

  • Reliability: A key factor in having a being able to provide a consistent schedule is having a consistent workforce. Our team members count on each other to show up on time and ready to work, so we owe it to them to hire people who can do the same. Please ensure you have reliable transportation and a lifestyle that can work around our schedule consistently.  
  • Physical Stamina: This is an active position that will require you to lift, label, and package metal parts up to 50 pounds repeatedly through out the day.
  • Attention to Detail: There can be small differences between our products and when you are picking, labeling, and packaging high volumes of these products being able to spot small differences is key.
  • Willingness to Learn: We understand that the vast majority of our applicants have not worked in our industry before and that’s ok! However, we have been in our industry for quite a while and we are confident that we know the most efficient way to pick, label, and pack our products. Please keep an open mind, we are willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn!

In June of 2010, Acme formed All America Threaded Products (AATP) by combining the operations of five acquisitions made in the threaded products industry. AATP manufactures and distributes a wide variety of threaded products including threaded rod, studs, anchor bolts, U-bolts and specials. AATP has custom product manufacturing capabilities to meet specific needs for various applications in numerous industries. With a large in-stock inventory of a variety of materials and finishes, AATP has the ability to deliver the necessary threaded products for any application. AATP offers flexible business solutions providing value to our customers.
