Primary Function:

The primary function of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse focused on fulfilling individual customer orders directly, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products by managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining proper warehouse organization while adhering to customer service standards

Key Responsibilities:

· Inventory Management:

· Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.

· Accurately storing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.

· Conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

· Identifying and addressing stock discrepancies.

· Order Fulfillment:

· Processing customer orders efficiently, including picking and packing items based on order details.

· Generating shipping labels and packing slips.

· Ensuring proper packaging and protection of products during shipment.

· Shipping and Receiving:

· Coordinating outbound shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

· Managing loading and unloading of trucks.

· Resolving shipping issues with customers and carriers.

· Warehouse Operations:

· Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

· Monitoring warehouse equipment and reporting maintenance needs.

· Implementing and adhering to safety procedures.

· Customer Service:

· Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status.

· Addressing customer concerns related to shipping and delivery.

· Collaborating with customer service team to resolve issues.
