Overview
Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple states, covering roles from frontline hourly staff to management-level positions within retail, distribution, and customer service – identify strong talent, support workforce growth, and develop a sustainable pipeline.

What you will do:

  • Lead a fast-paced, full-cycle recruitment process for US-based roles, ensuring every hiring moment feels seamless, thoughtful and true to the brand
  • Source and use a mix of creative sourcing approaches to attract brilliant people who naturally embody our values, from direct outreach and market mapping to networking and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and applications, hold initial phone/video screens with candidates, and coordinate closely with hiring managers on scheduling interviews and outcomes
  • Extend approved offers to candidates and initiate onboarding processes to ensure a friendly, organized and hassle-free experience for candidates
  • Bring fresh thinking to how we show up in the talent market, constantly exploring new and imaginative ways to connect with exceptional candidates
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to recommend pay rates and salary ranges; Ensure salary alignment with industry standards, location, internal pay equity, and internal budgets
  • Stay one step ahead of hiring needs by spotting upcoming vacancies, understanding internal moves and prompting hiring managers when action is needed
  • Partner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role responsibilities and required qualifications
  • Champion our unique culture and brand ethos, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure US strategies are aligned and every touchpoint reflects the spirit of Boden
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Establish and recommend interview assessments that ensure a consistent, fair approach, and support hiring managers in making well-informed decisions
  • Track and interpret key recruitment metrics to help understand and refine processes
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers across the business, offering commercially minded, solutions-focused support at every stage
  • Educate and coach hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor, on interviewing techniques, evaluation criteria, and decision-making to improve hiring outcomes and support equitable hiring decisions
  • Partner closely with People Team to stay aligned and work collaboratively across all talent needs
  • Support in nurturing relationships with agencies, universities and job boards to keep a thriving talent pipeline
  • Partner with HR to refine and enhance onboarding documents and processes to ensure consistent, positive, on-brand experience for new employees
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws relevant to each location throughout the hiring process
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience in retail strongly preferred, with warehouse and contact center recruitment experience also preferred
  • Domestic travel required including overnight and/or multi-day trips
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), and a range of recruitment methods, from interviewing to running assessment activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with ability to accurately handle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a busy, fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Friendly and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidential information
