JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, inspecting, stocking, staging, packaging, issuing, and shipping materials, as well as supporting material deliveries within the Kuparuk/Alpine Field Support Services team. This role includes assisting with the offloading and coordination of multiple truck deliveries and working closely with Material Planners, Maintenance personnel, and Craft Leads to ensure efficient and accurate material flow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Operate and manage a satellite warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and inventory.
• Operate forklifts and light-to-medium-duty trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies between warehouse and field locations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials manually and with material-handling equipment, ensuring proper storage on shelves, pallets, and designated staging areas.
• Utilize computerized inventory management systems, databases, and Excel spreadsheets to maintain accurate material records and process transfers, staging, issuance, and returns.
• Monitor and report material status, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability of materials to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments, including production, engineering, construction, maintenance, and purchasing, to facilitate efficient material flow and project support.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials as required.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring proper storage and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of rigging equipment.
• Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
• Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 rotation is required.
• A North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience handling the receiving, inspection, stocking, staging, packaging, inventory, shipping, and/or the delivery functions in a Warehouse is required.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a Warehouse Technician with strong knowledge of standard warehousing principles and practices, including inventory, shipping and receiving, hazardous materials storage, surplus, and/or drilling operations specifically in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry, on the North Slope, and/or in other Arctic environment is preferred.

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE
While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you. All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms. Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift. Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp. Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV/Theater Room, etc. Each facility will have its own accommodation and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands and work environment requirements outlined below are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. A post-offer, pre-hire Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to ensure an employee's ability to safely meet job standards.
