Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Distribution Associate supports warehouse operations by preparing, assembling, staging, and moving products to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs. The role includes both general distribution tasks and kitting/assembly work while maintaining workstation cleanliness and following safety procedures. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assemble kits accurately according to pick tickets/kitting sheets. 
  • Stage jobs for shipping with correct labeling and documentation. 
  • Assist with line set-up and material availability. 
  • Load/unload trailers and move products as directed. 
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety compliance. 
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including PPE. 
  • Report attendance exceptions (call-off, late, early leave). 
  • Participate in daily stretching and break/lunch schedules. 
  • Ability to meet or exceed assigned metrics/KPIs for job completions, accuracy, and workstation clean-up. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). 
  • Team player with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
