Job description

As a Distribution Associate, you'll build core warehouse skills that keep clinical-grade supplies moving accurately and on time. This is an onsite role supports daily fulfillment and inventory flow, so customers get what they need without delays.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strong accuracy
  • Process shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, unpacking, and inspection
  • Verify counts, lot/serial numbers, and expiration dates against packing lists or POs
  • Enter receipts/shipments into warehouse software, print/apply labels, and put inventory away
  • Assist with loading/unloading and help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment; adapt to shifting priorities
  • Detail-focused, organized, and able to multitask
  • Clear communicator and reliable teammate
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse management systems
  • Able to lift, tug, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds as needed

Preferred Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a distribution setting.
