Job Description Our client is a trusted distributor and solutions provider in the piping and industrial products industry. With decades of experience, they are recognized for delivering reliable products, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service across energy, utilities, and infrastructure markets. They're seeking a Warehouse Counter Sales Associate to join their team in the Grand Prairie, TX area.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse Counter Sales Associate to support daily warehouse operations while providing excellent front-counter service. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with direct customer interaction in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ideal candidates will have strong warehouse and distribution experience, inventory control knowledge, cycle count experience, computer proficiency, and a customer service-focused mindset.

Work Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Key Responsibilities: Receive and stock incoming shipments (Shipping & Receiving), ensuring accuracy and proper inventory placement Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts, inventory tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy Pick, pack, and prepare customer and delivery orders in a fast-paced distribution environment Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter with order processing, product inquiries, and exceptional customer service Utilize warehouse management systems, shipping software, and basic computer programs to track orders and inventory Maintain organized warehouse operations and ensure a clean and safe work environment Support daily distribution and warehouse activities while meeting productivity and accuracy standards Qualifications: Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or counter sales environments Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to assist customers professionally Experience with cycle counts, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and shipping software Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to lift and move materials as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience handling industrial materials (plastics, HDPE, or similar) is a plus Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in inventory handling Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures #IndOmni
