Location: Sparks, NV
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 /hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for hire

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate for a busy Distribution Center in Sparks, NV. This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity where you can gain valuable experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling while working toward a full-time position.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment using WMS and computer systems
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Inspect returned materials and return stock to the proper locations
  • Assist customers and support counter sales
  • Report inventory, shipment, or other issues to management
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
 
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent material handling or warehouse experience 
  • Previous forklift experience, preferred 
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with WMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
