About the Opportunity
A busy warehouse and distribution facility in the San Jose metro area is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Associate to support daily logistics operations. This position is ideal for individuals with forklift experience who are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. The role involves material handling, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Duties
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
  • Perform pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks while preventing product damage.
  • Process warehouse transactions and update records using basic computer systems.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow established operating procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements
  • Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment.
