Job description

Warehouse Operator 
Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 5am to 2pm
1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for fulfilling orders by accurately picking and processing inventory through the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. Additional responsibilities include inventory replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control tasks. This role works closely with ASRS technology, conveyor systems, and warehouse software to process inventory through QA order closing and prepare items for immediate shipment, consolidation, or transfer to technicians on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory picking and fulfillment transactions
• Pick sales orders, requisitions, and transfers using WM6 software
• Ensure order accuracy and consistency across all system platforms
• Invoice orders in P21
• Route picked inventory to appropriate areas
• Induct incoming inventory into the AutoStore system
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Cross‑train in other warehouse areas to support operational goals
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Compensation & Commission
The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18 per hour.
Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90‑day period.

Work Schedule
This is an hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The schedule may change based on business needs. Employees are expected to report to work on time, adhere to attendance policies, and be available for additional or overtime hours as required.
