Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Office Coordinator to support our Mississauga, Ontario facility in day-to-day operations on a full-time basis. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, office management, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back-end finances, maintaining showroom and displays, and inventory logistics.
  • Estimated 60% warehouse and 40% back office.
  • Helping maintain a professional environment in the office.
  • Assisting with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
  • Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed.
  • Tracking, examining, and updating incoming inventory and shipments as needed.
  • Organization and management of inventory, including physical counts weekly.
  • Ability to lift to 25 – 50 lbs.
  • Local errands (drop-offs if needed at the post office, supply runs, etc.)
  • Abide by all company safety policies
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with inventory is a plus
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus
  • Knowledge of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is a plus
  • Knowledge of working in the vape industry and the excise stamp process is a plus
  • High School diploma or GED; college credits a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Availability for On-Site Monday - Friday for the working hours (8:00AM EST - 5:00PM EST)
