Job description

Our client is a specialty chemical manufacturer recognized as a leader in the development and production of near-infrared (NIR) absorbing dyes, inks, coatings, and thermoplastic compounds. Chemical Operations: General chemical manufacturing experience, 5+ years Experience with flammable solvents and glass reactors Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Maintain and repair basic equipment Basic arithmetic skills using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and units of measure Ability to compute weight, volume, ratios, percentages, and unit conversions Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse: Experience with forklift and pallet jack operation Shipping and receiving experience Prepare outbound shipments, including placing customer-specific labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods Support all warehouse needs, including ISO rules Take ownership of warehouse organization and inventory control to ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and accessible.
