Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM

Are you an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently? FM Expressions is looking for a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse operations moving by receiving and organizing incoming materials, maintaining inventory, picking apparel and products according to customer requirements, and safely transporting materials throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing warehouse items.
  • Receive and organize incoming orders and materials.
  • Pick and stage apparel and products according to customer requirements.
  • Locate and move inventory to designated storage areas, pallets, or crates.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are stored in the appropriate locations.
  • Transport materials between the warehouse and different areas of the facility.
  • Secure loads properly before transporting materials.
  • Inspect products and materials for visible damage, shortages, or quality issues.
  • Report damaged products, shortages, discrepancies, or other inventory concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory organization and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Ensure materials are available and properly staged for production and customer orders.
  • Follow proper warehouse and material-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area using FM Expressions' 6S system.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Help identify and resolve warehouse-related challenges and roadblocks.
  • Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform additional warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, move, load, and place materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Operate a forklift for extended periods.
  • Bend, twist, reach overhead and below the knees, pull, push, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights.
  • Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Visually inspect products, equipment, labels, and documentation, including small print.
  • Work around warehouse and production equipment.

Work Environment

FM Expressions facilities are well-lit and well-ventilated. This position works primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and requires extended periods of standing and physical activity.

Employees may be exposed to moderate to loud noise, moving mechanical equipment, fumes, chemicals, heat, and cold. Working around large machinery and powered industrial equipment can present hazards, so employees are expected to consistently follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
