Industrial Commercial Warehouse Cleaner (Night Shift)

  • Pay: $18.50/hr
  • Bonus: $200 Hiring Bonus
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Commercial Warehouse Cleaner to join our team. This is a hands-on position deep cleaning a warehouse environment. The role includes industrial cleaning, floor care, and heavy lifting, so candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine commercial cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Deep clean warehouse and industrial areas to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, floor buffers, vacuums, and other janitorial equipment.
  • Complete floor care tasks including scrubbing, buffing, polishing, stripping, refinishing, and waxing.
  • Clean carpets using extraction or steam cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Safely use and store cleaning chemicals according to company procedures.
  • Move equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed while following safe lifting practices.
  • Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning preferred.
  • Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing, is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
