Baker Distributing Company - a leader in the HVAC industry - is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Driver & Warehouse Associate to represent our brand across the Nashville area.
This isn't just a driving job. It's a chance to be the face of a respected company, support local HVAC pros, and keep our operations running smoothly.What You'll Do
  • Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers, vendors, and nearby Sales Centers
  • Load and unload your truck each day with accuracy and care
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
  • Assist in warehouse operations: picking orders, verifying inventory, and keeping things organized
  • Complete daily truck inspections and maintenance checklists
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
  • Report hazards or incidents promptly
  • Keep your truck and workspace clean, safe, and ready for action
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of truck-driving experience (box truck experience preferred)
  • Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)
