Job description

Warehouse Associate

$20.00 per hour

1st shift

8:00am-4:30pm

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Process and complete small and large machine orders for customers.
  • Assist in receiving shipments, verify quantities and quality, and allocate products to proper locations using a fork truck.
  • Load and unload shipping containers, LTL trucks, and other shipments.
  • Use wood cutting tools (table saw, drills, etc.) to ensure proper packaging of whole goods shipments.
  • Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading trucks.
  • Perform light assembly of agricultural machines.
  • Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift 40โ€“50 lbs. repetitively and 60โ€“75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to grab, pinch, and handle materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
