Description

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory. Work closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery (P&D), and service departments. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Assign tasks to team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. Assist with inventory counts and stock organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Foster teamwork and maintain strong communication with coworkers. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Skills / Education / Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
  • Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
  • Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Forklift experience a plus (training available if needed).
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime maybe required.
