Schedule:
Mon & Tuesday - Days OFF 
Weds, Thurs, Friday - 11:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. 
Sat & Sunday 6;00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. 

 What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead warehouse associates
  • Welcome and onboard new employees, including new hire orientation
  • Set up associates in the timekeeping system
  • Introduce new hires to customer management and warehouse operations
  • Assist with coaching and on-the-job training
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and timekeeping records
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
  • Investigate workplace incidents and submit reports to the corporate office
  • Ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse teams, and corporate leadership
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, or higher) OR 5+ years of warehouse experience
  • Certified and experienced operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Safety-focused with the ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
