THE ROLE

STRIVE is currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent routine, working independently, and taking pride in accuracy.


The candidate will be responsible for manually picking customer orders using a scanner, walking throughout the warehouse with a cart, and ensuring products are accurately selected, counted, and prepared for shipment.

This is a repetitive, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused throughout the shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manually pick customer orders throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners to accurately locate and pick products
  • Walk throughout the warehouse using a picking cart
  • Verify product quantities, part numbers, and SKUs
  • Count items carefully to ensure order accuracy
  • Organize and prepare picked orders for the next stage of processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards
  • Perform repetitive picking tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to read and verify product labels, SKUs, and order information
  • Experience using scanners or warehouse technology is an asset
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
