Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Warehouse Associate I, youll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. Youll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. Youll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wraps and labels shipments, and deliver to assembly line, packing or shipping areas.

  • Material Handling: Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.

  • Inventory & Recordkeeping : Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.

  • General Operations: Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations


Position Details:

  • Plant Location: 1630 Apex Dr. Beloit WI. 53511

  • Work Week & Shift (Multiple options available depending on business need):
    Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm, with overtime including weekends when required
    Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, with overtime including weekends when required

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$17.50 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
