About the Job
Warehouse Associate - Temp to Perm
Requirements:
  • Background & Screening: Clean background and in-person drug test required.
  • Lifestyle: (smoking not allowed on site).
  • Age & Education: 18+ years old, high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Physical & Transportation: Ability to lift 50 lbs, push carts up to 60 lbs, stand/walk/bend frequently, climb stairs, work at heights (up to 40 ft), reliable transportation.
Schedule:
  • Days: Monday - Friday (primary).
  • Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Additional: Overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect inbound materials; verify against purchase orders.
  • Label, organize, and store materials; move materials within warehouse.
  • Pick, kit, stage, wrap, weigh, and load outbound shipments.
  • Assist with inventory control (cycle counts, transfers).
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, stackers, scissor lifts) - training provided.
  • Use handheld scanners/tablets for tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse experience, wiring experience or forklift certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (email, warehouse systems).
  • Ability to read part numbers and perform basic math.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
  • Turret truck experience preferred.
Dress Code / PPE:
  • Long pants (jeans/khakis), T-shirts or polos (no offensive graphics).
  • Closed-toe shoes required.
  • Safety vest provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
