Position Scope

The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse operations by receiving incoming products, pulling and staging orders, loading trucks, and ensuring that products are correctly processed for delivery. This role involves operating forklifts and other power equipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a clean workspace, and resolving discrepancies in product quantities and quality.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Power equipment experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Warehouse operations experience preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook for email communication
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a logical, objective approach
  • Wireless experience is a plus but not required
 Responsibilities


Daily:

  • Perform daily forklift inspection and submit the inspection form to supervisors
  • Unload LTL trucks at the loading docks
  • Compare packing lists with purchase orders and verify the accuracy of the received products
  • Stage orders for shipping and validate bin card quantities before pulling products
  • Pull products and stage them in proper locations
  • Report discrepancies such as model numbers, quantities, and damages to the supervisor
  • Print and attach sales paperwork to orders
  • Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse
  • Prepare pallets for common carrier shipments
  • Assist with receiving and will-call as needed
  • During downtime, clean, stock, and assist with receiving department

Weekly:

  • Complete required training during designated hours
 Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Operating heavy equipment (forklift and other machinery)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
