$21–$26/hour • Full-Time (40-hour week) • Benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401K up to 3% match after 12 months) • 9 Holidays + 1 floating holiday • 1 Week Vacation at 1-year point

SUMMARY

Our Warehouse Associates are efficient at managing inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while optimizing workflow and ensuring timely delivery of goods. As a secondary responsibility, this person also assists with lab setup and tradeshow and event preparation as directed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Duties (Primary)

Outside of lab assignments, this person works out of the warehouse and:

  • Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing tasks and remains flexible in response to new demands.
  • Transports incoming and outgoing material to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles.
  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
  • Picks, packs, and ships material and products; processes returned merchandise.
  • Processes shipments using Dynamic BC.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
  • Monitors inventory and supply to ensure sufficient stock; reports to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment and existing quality standards for equipment built and serviced.
  • Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Lab Assistant Duties (Secondary)

  • Assist with lab setup, tradeshow and event preparations as directed.
  • Assists with lab activities, including specimen prep, sample tracking, inventory management, and equipment readiness checks.
  • Packs, stages, or ships lab and demo materials, coordinating with warehouse processes already in place.
  • Follows all lab safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
  • Performs other lab support tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and consistent focus — this role requires precision for lab documentation and sample handling as much as for warehouse shipping accuracy.
  • Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Self-motivated; requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and record numbers precisely without transposing.
  • Pulls items within the warehouse reliably and accurately and processes shipments for a large number of orders.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in retrieving and processing shipments.
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Experience with Dynamic 365 BC.
