DescriptionIn this role,
Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations by performing material handling activities, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and transporting raw materials to production workstations. This role helps ensure accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions - Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport raw materials and products to designated production workstations or storage locations
- Inspect incoming shipments and notify appropriate personnel of damages, shortages, or discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with training and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and warehouse areas through routine housekeeping duties
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with team members to support operational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Required Qualifications - Experience operating a forklift
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues or errors
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, which may be non-climate controlled
- Safety toe shoes are required at all times while on the warehouse floor.
Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
