What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our installation, service, and warehouse teams. Your work helps ensure every job has the right materials, every technician is set up for success, and our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Build sheet metal ductwork and transitions for new HVAC installations
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling from completed job sites
  • Ensure all installation jobs are properly staged, including recording labor hours and tracking materials used
  • Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing freight manually or using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Verify the quantity and condition of incoming materials and equipment
  • Assist with general labor for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Drain production departments as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse and company property
  • Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites
  • Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials throughout the day
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
  • Available to work Tuesday through Saturday

Previous warehouse, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is helpful-but not required.
If you're motivated and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
