General Labor Associate

Location: West Chester, OH

Position Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire

Shift: 2nd M-TH 4p-2:30a $16

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. This position supports daily warehouse, production, and facility operations by assisting with material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
  • Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as trained
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
  • Support team members and supervisors with various operational needs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
