Job description

Openwork is hiring Warehouse Associatesin Charlotte, NC location on first shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and production-style environment.

Warehouse Associates will support daily operations by working on an assembly line, packaging products, and assisting with general warehouse tasks to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Job Duties
  • Work on an assembly line to prepare and assemble products

  • Package products according to specifications

  • Label, seal, and prepare packaged items for shipment

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
  • Assembly line, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
