Warehouse Assistant
Location: Pembroke, MA
Employment: Seasonal (May-August) and or (October-Janurary)
Report To: Warehouse + Inventory Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
  • Check goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepancies
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in an organized and accurate manner
  • Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required
  • Prepare shipments for carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Assist with returns and exchanges processing

Requirements and Skills
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (typically up to 40-50 lbs) and standing for long periods
  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Active drivers license and willingness to drive company vehicles
