Primary Job Duties
Position Summary
The Manager of Inventory (Warehouse) is responsible for the overall management and oversight of operations for the Company's warehouse facility in St. George, Utah.
This includes the storage, handling, tracking, organization, and disposition of aircraft maintenance inventory, repair-evaluation inventory, vendor returns, PMA and owner-produced opportunities, and other company assets.
The individual is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, and the effective utilization of warehouse
 
  • Primary Duties/Responsibilities
    • Provides leadership and oversight of all warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is received, shipped, stored, identified, secured, and managed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensures warehouse facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, organized, and orderly condition to support efficient inventory management and accurate material accountability.
    • Maintains accountability for serviceable inventory, unserviceable inventory, repair evaluation inventory, vendor-return inventory, and other company assets under warehouse control.
    • Ensures system records accurately reflect the physical location, condition, and disposition of all materials stored within the warehouse.
    • Coordinates the identification, segregation, and disposition of assets for repair evaluation, PMA opportunities, owner-produced opportunities, salvage evaluation, vendor return, and other inventory recovery initiatives.
    • Develops and maintains warehouse storage systems, material handling processes, and inventory organization standards to maximize efficiency and inventory accessibility.
    • Ensures cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and reconciliation activities are completed accurately and timely to maintain inventory integrity.
    • Monitors warehouse inventory levels, storage capacity, and material movement to optimize utilization of warehouse space and resources.
    • Collaborates closely with our Maintenance organization, Purchasing & Inventory to ensure cohesiveness and shared success
    • Coordinates the shipment, transfer, receipt, storage, and disposition of inventory between company locations, repair vendors, suppliers, and other authorized parties.
    • Provides leadership, training, and oversight of warehouse personnel and ensures assigned duties and responsibilities are properly executed.
    • Establishes and monitors warehouse performance metrics related to inventory accuracy, material recovery, space utilization, inventory disposition, and operational efficiency.
    • May delegate duties and authorities unless specifically stated otherwise in company manuals and policies.
    • Other duties as assigned by executive leadership or identified in company manuals, SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

    • 10+ Years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
    • Experience with inventory and being accountable for accuracy and/or variances
    • Proven track record of building a team that exhibits positive morale
    • Strong analytical and factual decision-making skills.
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Available for occasional on-call support after hours, weekends, and holidays as operational emergencies dictate.
    • Position is 100% on-site; must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT
    • Physical and Other Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to work for extended periods standing, lifting and moving inventory

  • On-call after hours and through occasional weekends, holidays, etc.
  • This position is on-site, with no remote work available. Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT.
  • Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)

  • This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
