As the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager, you will lead the development, optimization, and execution of Mega Saver's inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for implementing inventory management systems, improving inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient product flow across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can drive operational improvements, reduce costs, and support the continued growth and success of our stores.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Develop standardized inventory procedures across all locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and warehouse performance.
  • Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Oversee inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage warehouse organization, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with store operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure inventory availability.
  • Develop reporting and KPIs to measure inventory and warehouse performance.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost savings.
  • Train and support managers and team members on inventory and warehouse procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
