Job description

Position Summary: Oversee the day-to-day running and use of the Wardrobe Room
Job Title: Supervisor Wardrobe
Department: Wardrobe
Reports to: Director Human Resources
FLSA Designation: Exempt
License Type: Non-gaming
Salary Range: $67,000 - $82,000
Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage the day to day operations of the Wardrobe Department
  • Monitor paperwork on uniforms issued for accurate inventory control
  • Ability to effectively manage a team
  • Interview, hire, and train wardrobe personnel in all areas of inventory and operations
  • Update department files
  • Ensure all internal guests are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
  • Prepares periodic team member performance reviews
  • Schedules all team members to ensure that there is sufficient workforce available to provide the most efficient service possible
  • Ensures the upkeep of all uniforms to include sewing of new uniforms or special uniforms, alteration, fittings, and mending
  • Issues uniforms to team members completing all required paperwork according to established department guidelines
  • Assist Wardrobe Attendants as needed
  • Cleans/keeps office and public areas neat
  • Operates sewing machines
  • Inspects and repairs uniforms as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 1 years Wardrobe experience
  • Google Suite experience
  • Ability to uphold presentation/demeanor in stressful situations and calling for assistance when necessary
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of sewing and sewing machine use
  • Previous experience in supervisory position is essential
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Ability to communicate with team members and guests
  • Ability to be a TEAM player
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Working Conditions:
  • Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
  • Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
  • Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
