Responsibilities for CNAs:
  • Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
  • Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
  • Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Qualifications for CNAs:
  • Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
