Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:
  • 3 years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • HVAC, plumbing, & electrical experience required
  • MUST have a basic understanding of computer use, including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
  • Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
  • Flexibility with schedule - availability for day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts is preferred
